Important clarification has come out.

For those of you who sell to businesses in the EU then #GPSR is not a requirement and is out of scope.

If you are a manufacturer but don't sell to #EU consumers then all you need is basic product documentation.

After talking to the Card market CS team regarding #gpsr, they replied with a list to the manufacturers for your reference (link below) and the following statement

"You don't have to worry about anything else. We already provide all the requested information. You can sell as usual."

I am currently talking to Card Market regarding their #GPSR policy as it's very muddy regarding the requirements of someone selling cards.

They have replied but it's not a satisfactory answer at the moment.

I will provide details once I know further.
