and of course because i am in the wrong in this scenario my brain is trying to invalidate my own feelings at being frustrated and upset over the wording of the correction as well as just the frustration over the situation

and calling it slamming just implies to me that i have no care for how my roomies sleep when i genuinely try my hardest not to disturb them (hence also this rant being on an account neither of them follow because i don't blame them for limitations of the situation; i'm just frustrated and upset)

like yeah last night was a lot with me opening all the drawers in the bathroom trying to find the bathroom night light - but to call it slamming... idk that's just the part that's really sticking with me and making me feel icky because i can only do so fucking much

and i do try my best to be conscious of that and yes i do make mistakes but i also take offense at it being worded that i'm slamming doors in the middle of the night because i really fucking try not to and genuinely feel it's just normal pressure rather than when i remember to be gentle

the really frustrating part is i am the heaviest sleeper of the apartment and i am very much a morning person - so basically any time i have energy to do shit in the morning i can't because our space is so small it could wake my roomies
