All of this converges to a very unique vibe. And between Coastview and Dogtown, it feels decidedly less safe than other districts.

After being abandoned, they carved out a piece of Pacifica for themselves and refused to let the Night City government and police, and Netwatch, muscle their way in. Your path in the game intersects with this history, and no, they don't trust you, they don't like you, and they don't want you there.

Only capturing the important stuff

It's disappointing, it feels like a lot of the tech is becoming homogenized. But I won't pretend to know much of anything about how game engines work, and there could very well have been some good reasons why it wasn't sustainable to stick with RED. But I hope they release mod tools like Witcher 3
