Sakura got some banger buffs for modded #UMVC3, ngl, giving her a better L Tatsu (more hitstun for better link and juggle combos) and an air DP.
You can do L Tatsu -- 5M from the start on larger characters for better damage; on more average-sized characters, they need 5L first, for stability.
