(CW BLOOD) Yesterday, I decided I wanted to find the worst 1980s horror films Tubi has to offer, so I opted for Don't Go in the Woods (1981) and it didn't disappoint! Totally incoherent and not a single person in this film can act and it's all the better for it! #horror

Next up was Satanic Panic (2019). LOVED this one! Super campy fun and delightfully gory! Highly recommend. It brought me the wonderful portmanteau 'killdo' 🤣

🧵 Starting my spooky season watches early! Because every day can and should be Halloween. The first one was Tomb Watcher (2025), which was not great, but it did look nice! Apparently it's the 7th or so version of the story, but the first adapted into a film (the others were series)

My next fave queer film is And Then We Danced - one of *the* most beautiful films I've seen in my life! And Merab is probably one of my favourite characters. There's something very warm and welcoming about him! Seeing the traditional Georgian dancing was wonderful as well

I’m only watching three shows and two will be finished in the next week! 😭 I’ll be watching Sweet Tooth Good Dentist and I’m keen for Lost in the Woods, so I guess they’ll replace the ones finishing but it still feels so empty 😂

Staying with formative films I was introduced to in high school, I'm going with Velvet Goldmine as my third all time fave queer film! It's one of those movies where every line, every shot, etc. is just perfect to me. And don't get me started on the costumes and soundtrack!!

I recently saw a brilliant production of this, so Hedwig and the Angry Inch is next! Pretty sure a high school friend introduced me to this. So formative. I love every song & I love Hedwig & the narration is impeccably written. I got to see JCM sing some songs from this & it was an amazing night
