#mounjaro massive price hikes from September. Having lost 60lbs with 46 injections I’m fortunate to be on what is hopefully my last pen. Boots Online Doctor has been great. Supportive, well organised. If I start to struggle I’m going to counselling first. Getting relationship with food is key.

@adoseofpaddy.bsky.social #mounjaro reached a milestone this AM. Nolonger BMI classified as obese. 29.8 BMI. 36x doses. 54lbs/24.5kg lost. Expect to continue for a full year and stop. Believe my psychological relationship with food has been reset. Strength training twice a week with a brilliant PT.

#mounjaro May have hit a limit. Going upto 12.5mg to see what happens. I’ve doubled the strength training so that may have had a negative effect on loss. If I don’t lose anything on 12.5 will go to 15mg. So may be on last two months but in a great place physically and mentally.
