Also IDGAF if the G-Saviour designs look strange in the movie the ones on paper look clean asf and I wish we saw it in traditional 2D animation besides from that one cameo in build fighters

Suits like the Gun-EZ and the Jamesgun are just so clean and I havent even started on the Zanscare suits cause holy fuck those things are even sexier.
God I wish late UC had more cause between F91/Crossbone/Victory and G-Saviour they just DONT MISS.

Its redesigns are crazy as well, some making it seem more alive which makes me think how would a modern ideon adaptation go with a main mechanical design like this.
Of course that would mean sunrise would have to do it but they just want to suck off Bandai so no can do ig...

8) Ideon

Looks can def be deceiving, this thing is fucking horrifying.
Even without its cannon that can wipe out entire ship fleets in a single shot this thing is very powerful.
Its insane amount of missiles and its huge ideon swords that come out of its hands are more than enough.

I will not say I know Japanese but from what I have seen of this the characters on the left thigh mean "Dragon" and "flight" (sucks this paintjobs owner fucking sucks ass)
It also appears in Gundam Unicorn and thank god it did something cause this design is too awesome not to.

7) AMX-107 Bawoo

Anyway the Bawoo has to be one of my favorite ZZ designs outside of the ZZ itself. (sucks its piloted by the worst man ever made). Its combiner gimmick and transformation is sick and I love the fucking paint job on this thing.

The fact that like every time you see it, its crossing its arms too like your not even a threat is so funny. It makes a lot of sense since this thing can just teleport out of harms way.
I really wish ZOE got a third game cause the design kinda shown for it is really something else.

6) Anubis

Shinkawa doesn't miss. Legit all of his mechanical designs I've seen hit hard and I'd say this is probably his best design.
The huge vector traps on the back give it such an imposing presence in game and the fact it wields a scythe is so fucking sick.

I sorta figured it was trails.
I really like the proportions on those mechs.
I will say that the chests are a bit too flat imo but other than that the wings and everything on them are sick.
I knew trails had mechs but I never seen them outside of their 3D models.

I love how Nagano upgrades his mechs over the series and the Junchoon def has some of my favorite variations.

I dont know if this is factual but I'd say the Junchoon prob takes a lot of design inspo from Nagano's earlier work L-Gaim (L-Gaim on left, Junchoon first sally type on right) Its not the first time hes done this (see: The Auge) but if the design is this good I wont complain.

5) Junchoon

Time to start glazing Nagano designs too. Out of a lot of the already amazing designs FSS has I'd say this one stood out to me a lot. Def one of the mechs you see more early on I just love the proportions of it.
I love all the engage types but the Upgraded Junchoon is the best imo.

The design is really sick where is this from.
I really love how the mech transforms like that its fucking awesome.

The G-Lucifer is great because not only has skirt funnels but its also is the sick and twisted lovechild of the Turns so of course they had to slap a moonlight butterfly system on it.
I need more Gundam series (that arent build) to use older series tech cause its awesome every time.

Well, a lot. Ippei Gyoubu designs are a lot but what I think hes the best at is the colors and overall shape of the mechs. It has this sort unique shape to it that we only ever see with his style.
