After almost one month of hard work, we have finished our move. The Niemeyer group can now be found on the fifth floor of the chemistry building (S07 S05)! Following Jochen´s promotion to full professor in 2023, we could now move into wonderful new synthesis labs, analytical labs and offices!

Group news! We welcome Zihan (left) and Tibor (right) as new PhD students in our group! Tibor finished his Master in Bielefeld and joined in Nov 2024. Zihan just finished his Master in our group and joined this month. All the best for your research in the coming years. Great to have you with us!

Following his successful PhD defense in October, Jan @riebe-chem.bsky.social was awarded with the prize for the best PhD thesis at the Faculty in 2024. Next to obtaining some prize money, Jan also had the chance to present his research to the entire faculty. Congratulations for this great award!
