After Trump's recent announcements that the USA will take over Greenland, I have completed my painting "Trump in Nuuk". It depicts a beautiful panorama of Nuuk with the mountain Sermitsiaq behind the bay. The painting shows several of the city's iconic buildings, memorials, etc. Trump is parked in his large plane. He has built his Trump Tower with room for Vance and his family and a hotel for lots of tourists and guests. The more relevant”Statue of Liberty” from New York has replaced the old monument with Hans Egede. The indigenous people "Inuit" have been moved into a comfortable reserve for "Native Inuit" like the rest of the USA, where about 1 million "Native Americans" (Indians) live in similar protected reserves. It would be a piece of cake to establish a similar reserve for the maximum 60,000 Inuit in Greenland. In the reserve, the Inuit can live fat off the income from the tourists who flock to experience their unique and primitive culture, their fascinating way of dressing, their strange language and their primitive living in snow huts (igloos) or earthen houses with grass roofs. The more active Greenlanders who serve Trump have been given fancy red MAGA caps, guns in their hands and free Teslas. They look after the Inuit in the reserve and each other. “Mother of the Sea”, the sculpture in the water by the harbor, is a perfect target for young people when it is low tide and they can see the Mother of the Sea above the sea surface. The entire area is heavily militarized with tanks, missiles, planes and helicopters to defend Greenland and the country’s rare minerals against attacks from China and Russia and to prevent Denmark from trying to recapture the island.
