Before the midterms of 1866, President Andrew Johnson called his congressional opponents traitors and said they should be hanged.

Voters were so profoundly moved by his words... that they gave his opponents a supermajority in Congress, and the nation got the Fourteenth Amendment.

@pfrazee.com Hi Paul, quick app q for you: If a profile follows me which says “profile flagged, content blocked”, when I click on it… does that mean that they can actually still see my posts & such? There’s no way to block them. Was trying to cleanup my followers list. Thx.

Welp, I guess the cute guy I was having pretty great, intensive chats with decided to ghost me. It hurts mainly because there is no explanation. He didn’t block me, still follows me, it just makes no sense 😢

Have to move on, but it doesn’t mean I have to like it.

And now I’m seeing banner ads for the person and organization that I do not wish to name, combined religious and political messaging. How is that legal and why are they being approved to run?

“Power Bottom” was just mentioned on a work call with my marketing team, and I wasn’t the one who said it… 😂😂 (that doesn’t describe me btw lol)

People are going to take matters into their own hands when they feel all other options have been exhausted, or they feel powerless.

This nonsense is why these evil people and their empires don’t end. The laws surrounding inheritance must change. And this mess must be broken up and wiped out, as soon as possible! www.npr.org/2025/09/08/n...

Sad that a package made it all the way across the country to “out for delivery” and then, “insufficient address, returning to sender”. Seriously USPS, wtf? 🙃🙁

Maybe I should pick Illinois to relocate to?
Illinois is launching a first-of-its-kind legal hotline for LGBTQ+ individuals — Illinois Pride Connect.

As the only state in the nation that will provide free legal advice to protect the LGBTQ+ community, we'll help fight ignorance with information and cruelty with compassion.

Not sorry for him passing away. We need more of the extreme conservatives to go away, and for their voices to fade into history. www.npr.org/2025/08/21/n...

I have finally fully and accurately explained my problem with how it’s marketed and used.

And now, you can use it, too.

This verification stuff is annoying. Anyone, regardless of their “notability”, should be able to be shown as verified if their account can actually be properly verified, and secured. I’d say it should be free, but let’s just make it a flat $25, one-time fee.

Just wanted to say that some companies use this information solely for their internal purposes to understand how their emails and links are doing, and do not sell this information. As an employee of one such company, I would ask people to not delete this info.
I saw an infographic a couple years ago about how to remove source identifiers from links and why it's important, but I can't find it again and too many people I know are sending me links with them so here's an infographic straight from the oven
