Tell them how much you love them and don't be scared to vent your frustrations out because if they really mess with you, then you will always have people by your side. Im trying to keep going but it gets harder by the day especially with what's going right now in this world but I will keep pushing.

I admit I broke down numerous times while having some dark thoughts about myself and it never feels good especially when you're dealing when you're all alone. So my advise to everyone is that don't hesitate to ask for help whether it's from your friends or family. Just talk to someone.

I typically drown myself in work and voice acting but there were some moments I either get angry quick from circumstances that happens or I don't sleep very well because my brain is always on or having anxiety attacks because of being overwhelmed with a lot of things.
