The account also doesn’t make it clear what exactly is in the syringes - at one point it says the semaglutide is mixed with water, while in another place it says it is mixed with the compound phenol. It is also not clear where the jabs are sourced from.

The illegal jabs came in pre-filled syringes packaged in plastic with shiny stickers, a tape measure, and a hair tie. No instructions or safety information was included.

So many things about these black market jabs are deeply concerning. Semaglutide is available on the NHS now with a prescription, but sellers on TikTok asked me no questions at all about my age, weight, or medical history.
