This is a flier that reads: Dear K12 Teachers, what is your perspective of and experience with education policy? A research opportunity! Dear teachers, what do you think about education policies and how do you experience those policies? My name is Astri Napitupulu, a PhD candidate in education at University of Missouri-St. Louis, USA. I am seeking your help as potential research participants to answer this research question in my study. The findings from the study will advocate for teachers in the education policy process. In this study, you would be invited for an interview with me to share your perspectives on and experiences with K12 educational policies. The interview will be conducted on Zoom and will take approximately 40 to 60 minutes. Your time will be compensated with a Visa gift card valued at 30 five U.S. dollars.
