If you want everything to fit into your cookie cutter dichotomy, you’re going to be wrong a lot of the time. Being against all life, because you believe that it was nonconsensual, is not a right or left viewpoint. It’s the view of someone who is a full-on nihilist.

In fact I would argue that the far-right would fundamentally disagree with anti-Natalism because it’s a philosophy that is anti-life. They would say that we should abort every fetus no matter what. That doesn’t sound like the far right to me…

Or if we had an adequate mental health system in America, where people could afford treatment, this wouldn’t have happened. There’s nothing about this bomber that indicates he was a Far-right individual. That’s purely your own speculation. He was an anti-Natalist, which doesn’t fit right/left.

Americans seem to think the entire world revolves around them… Bukele has been doing this for years and nobody seemed to care. Only people like her, and other human rights watchers were sounding the alarm.

Yes but in this case, all of this happened in El Salvador. The lawyer is Salvadoran and works for a human rights org in the country. She has been critical of Bukele’s mass imprisonment campaign and that’s why she was targeted by him. Similar incidents have happened for years already.

Bukele has been doing things like this ever since he got into power. He strategically goes after human rights advocates and puts blame on them for the gang violence. There are also multiple journalists who have had to flee the country because they exposed Bukele’s ties to criminals. It’s a bad place

Anti-natalism should not be anything more than a philosophical exercise. It makes absolutely zero sense, even within the framework of that ideology, to then take the lives of others. The entire idea is that you were born without consent. So why take a life without consent?

It’s not an excuse but a reality… the dude was obviously extremely mentally ill to have done all of this. Why would that excuse anything though? Plenty of evil people are mentally ill.
