HIE (Homogeneousness, Inequality, and Exclusion), as it related to race, is also known as white supremacy, upon which this country was founded. DEI opponents should fear not because HIE is status quo and doesn’t seem to be going anywhere anytime soon. 🙄

If your friends are bold enough to adamantly oppose diversity, equity, and inclusion then let them know that they are actually just supporting HIE - Homogeneousness, Inequality, and Exclusion.

If you are struggling in conversations with people who say that they are opposed to DEI, ask them, “What don’t you like about diversity? What’s wrong with equity? Isn’t it good when people feel included?”
