Writers! How do you decompress from writing something heavy? I usually do a LONG bath soak with lavender oil and candles all around. What about you?

I had a pivotal morning. This is the 1st morning in 2 weeks that I didn’t go outside & smoke 1st thing. I attribute this to seeing my puzzle better. The issue is that both of my assaulters didn’t even realize and still don’t accept that they assaulted me. This helps me know how to move forward.

My brain tries to make sense of everything and won't stop until it does. Like it's assembling an 1 billion piece puzzle and must get it right. There are multiple puzzles happening. This sometimes will lead to me being harder on me because making sense of other people can be too daunting of a task.

I had the worst encounter with my assailant recently. He continues to show up in a space I frequent, even after I sent him a 4 page letter (email) expressing how he violated me. I asked him to stop showing up in the space 3 weeks ago. He's shown up in the space twice since.
