Arghhhh - after my long walk yesterday my calves and toes will not stop cramping. I think it’s because I was out in the cold… I’ve been stretching this morning but any advice on how to stop it appreciated. I have a feeling the answer is warmth/massage?!

After work this evening I decided to walk from my office in the city to Westminster. It was very cold, but I did it!
