The latest PropertyPal data shows the price of the average rental listing across NI has risen to £960 a month, a rise of 8.5% over the last year. In Belfast, the average monthly rent for new listings has now hit £1,127.

NI Audit Office report on #homelessness is very helpful with startling facts that might come as a surprise to some. Reducing hotel/B&B use is a must for obvious reasons and rebalancing budgets to focus on prevention and co-ordinated support is the way forward, along with social housing building.
Over the moon for Siobhan and Mark, such inspirational "can do" people and just love working with them. Chuffed with my nomination- amongst a great shortlist in this category and all winners imo 👏
