Sadly nope, I dunno who originally made the boxvali neither do I know who made the valiscoot. You'd probably have to dig in the old Starbound forums.

I could recommend Juice_Lime as reference, this is from far my favorite artist when it comes to draw avali. They however have the tendency to self sabotage and delete their creations when they become obsolete to them.
