Sorry to hear you had such a mixed experience. I had my highs & lows emotionally at this con too, even if it wasn’t outwardly obvious, & didnt feel like I caught up with as many people as I’d have liked. I guess that’s always a danger at large cons. But I hope you have a better time at future ones ❤️

Yeah I’ve never heard of “to croak” used before in the context of dying (only as in a frog croaking). Maybe it’s an archaic usage we’re unfamiliar with?

Oh yeah true - space-wise it’s not much more effective than a normal set of drawers on one side of the corner would be. With the added downside that you’d never be able to close the drawers!
