Something I think is very important--and a critique of both revolutionary optimism and reactionary doomerism--is that things CAN get worse AND not collapse society.

Just had this conversation with fellow abolitionists.
The white racist is feels genuine fear and for some their child being trans *is* hurtful.
But feelings are merely judgments about the world which means they *can* be wrong and/or say more about the person feeling than anything outside them.

Some of the feelings people have aren’t actually “valid”. Just cause someone feels a type of way doesn’t mean it’s an appropriate way to feel about a certain situation and it doesn’t mean you are obligated to validate an inappropriate or damaging feeling

The most important thing about the PMC is to understand how superexploitation is used but labor peace domestically and to replicate false “high” vs “low” skill labor divides.
Fain is right to challenge this division as part of a broader consciousness raising.

Communism is so cool. Truly geeked out everyday about the relentless belief that we do not need to live in a society where the material conditions for flourishing are based on wealth accumulation, race, gender, or anything else.

Crazy that we continue to relate capitalism to democracy or "the free world."
Capitalist freedom is only for the ethno-bourgeois, freedom as a *lack* of restriction (to exploit, to steal, to dominate) rather than freedom as the *conditions* for flourishing.
