Just thinking about top tier comic idiots. Agender | They/Them
It would probably have to be Persepolis by Marjane Satrapi

Man, fuck DC.

I could have gotten a Red Hood comic written by a woman? And DC cancels it because they're fucking cowards.

Well, I've always wanted to read Manhunt, might as well add Cuckoo. And just in time for fall 👻

Oh! Then Raquel Willis's autobio The Risk it Takes to Bloom, is fantastic

And Sabrina Imbler's How Far the Light Reaches is perhaps one of my favorite memoirs

I also think a lot of cis men would enjoy hearing trans men's thoughts on masculinity, and on rethinking what masculine means to you. So I'd also recommend Amateur by Thomas Page McBee

A lot of good books are autobiographies or poetry, but, if you're looking for the history of trans ppl in the U.S., then Susan Stryker's Transgender History could be good. (1/2)

My latest 5 star read!

A fantastic mystery with undead assassins and magic

Constantly left me wondering, "Now, how are they going to get out of this one?"

A delightful ride, and only 200 or so pages!

The #1 best thing that has helped me get through the nonsense news cycle lately, has been this book by Kelly Hayes & Mariame Kaba.

Written during the pandemic, but still incredibly helpful for anyone wanting to keep a healthy amount of cynicism, along with some hope for a better world

Ooo, interesting! If you have not already, I always recommend my favorite book on Climate Change to everyone (although, it's a tough read until you find some hope at the end). Which is Naomi Klein's book This Changes Everything.

Reading The Grace of Kings and having a delightful time with it ☺️

Each character has a lot of thought put into them, and each deep dive gives us so much world building. I love it
