When my little brother's wife was pregnant w a girl is when I decided to tell some of my family. I told my aunt first & she didn't believe me. I told my brother next & he didn't give a shit and acted like I was dramatic. I don't even know what my niece looks like but I hope she's safe from him (5)

When I was an adult and mentioned that I was SAed by other ppl, my dad would always ask me for details. He wanted to know exactly what those ppl did to me. He would act like they were terrible ppl as if he hadn't done the same to me. I guess he thought I didn't remember (4)

I think my stepmom knew something was up. She acted jealous of me and never let us be alone together. When I was 9 she told ppl I was possessed by a demon and going to be a teen mom. She would also make negative comments about my appearance (3)

He was also weirdly obsessed w me having long hair. When my mom first got me a shoulder length haircut he flipped out on her. He also pushed really hard for me to be girly (I'm genderfluid) When I hit puberty he constantly asked me if I was still a virgin and tried to push purity culture on me (2)

I think he struggled w shame over it & was trying to make it my fault in his head. He started slut shaming me at 6 yo. I'm sure he still does to this day. Last I knew he was still discussing my sex life that he knows nothing about w my family members (when I was around 32.) That's when I went NC (1)

Yeah sometimes I just want to talk about it casually without the awkward silence, being brushed off, or making ppl sad. I was abused by multiple ppl for the first 30 years of my life in multiple ways. Ily too and I'm here if you ever need to talk to someone who gets it 🫂
