This is such a cool stream. People will also put time stamps in the chat for when animals show up so you can scroll back and see them. It's kinda crazy how many different animals live out there.

Omg that must feel amazing for the sheep.

I literally could not put it down. Every story grabbed me from start to finish. I want to see more of the worlds in these stories, it's an absolute series of bangers.

Thank you so much!

Can I ask what that bird-identifying app is? It sounds like something I need, thanks

You were born in 1592 in the Highlands of Scotland and you're still alive. Alasdair was clearly never born at all and exists outside time and space.

I love this. Your anthologies are always an instant buy for me, and I've never been disappointed.

It looks like it's saying "Don't you dare speak to my child!"

Yeah you can't trust the trees anywhere really, what with their roots, and their photosynthesis, and their expansive pollen clouds.

Hope you feel better, having to deal with that at a con sucks.

Oh the bedding thing is the worst. May your benadryl be strong and may you avoid the dreaded prednisone dosepack.

Sorry Seattle is trying to kill you, this is why East Coast is best.

I wanted to let you know that your posts, from the weird stuff you find in dusty shops, to the wonders of nature, are one of the bright spots on my timeline. I hope you have those bright spots on your timeline. Even though everything is awful, the cool, funny, humane folks I've found here are gold.

South Park actively suppresses the development of empathy in its viewers, young and old. They hide their moral cowardice behind "we mock everything." That people think they've suddenly grown the courage of conviction would be hilarious if it didn't have real impacts. You don't laud the arsonist.

If you've never tried it, cauliflower tossed in olive oil and smoked paprika then baked in the oven is one of the best ways I've ever had it. It beats potatoes as a side for me.

There was a Jetsons episode in 1962! where Mr. Spacey and George end up going to a sports game and get caught on the camera and their wives are super mad. This is an old, old trope.

Oh I envy you the chance to play it for the first time. My roomates at the time had an Xbox which is how I got to play it. We killed 2 Xboxes, we played it so much.

Enjoy it, no real wrong answers to what a character can be. (Of course, to me, Argonians are the only right answer :))

Got your character decided on yet, or do you like to surprise yourself while in the character creator?

Ok, then you can make enemies lol. And now I'm picturing Pizza Wars on a plane. Thanks for that thought :) of course Hawaiian adherents are the wildcard mercenaries.
July 6, 2025 at 4:27 PM
Ok yeah, the no slice thing is ridiculous. Although you could make friends with your seatmate and row by showing up with a whole pizza.
July 6, 2025 at 4:23 PM
To be fair, for airport prices, I want the good cheese for my cheese pizza.

There's a bit in, I think, Anne of the Island, where Anne runs into the minister's wife at the graveyard. She's there to sing her baby to sleep and her husband doesn't know because he wouldn't like it. L. M. Montgomery often put these real moments in her fiction. It always hit me hard, the mourning.
