It is still wild garlic season! I like to forage from this den about 10 minutes from my home; where it grows so abundantly you could collect a sackful and not make a dent in the green.

A bit too early for the bluebells to be out at Kinclaven Bluebell Woods, but we had a beautiful walk regardless. Will have to go back in a month for the carpet of flowers!

I never want to be the kind of person who wishes away the year. I think it's so important to embrace the beauty that the cold dark months bring.
That said, I do miss summertime when I could just take myself away to places like this to camp and swim without having to bundle up!
