Another idea: make the 30 second ads obsolete and irrelevant. Citizens should be able to learn in depth where the candidates stand on issues, and have questions directed at the candidates on where they stand, in a public and transparent forum, like the Internet.

The protests and violent resistance against Israel illegal occupation of Palestine has started long before 2023. In fact, it started when Europeans invaded the land after WW2. Remember the wars of 1947, of 1967, of 1972. The invasion of Lebanon. The intifadas. The wars against Hezbollah.

And what caused that terrorist attack? By the state sponsored terrorist attacks on the Palestinians, wouldn’t you agree? So if you keep going back, the real cause of all the troubles in the Middle East is because of the land grab by Europeans after WW2 in Palestine.

My memory goes all the way back to 1948. Before that, the US and the Arab countries had an amicable relationship. Then certain people invaded Palestine land and claimed to own the land according to some book written by those same people.
