Coming here to recommend therapy to survive burnout. And a gentle reminder that if you feel entirely foreign to yourself, that it’s a sign to pause(which in itself is a massive privilege),sleep, rest, do things that bring you truly joy. Choose you,even if it feels wonky.

Stress doesn’t disappear when you ignore, it compounds- Hello burnout
Past 4.5 years will one day have to end up in a book. If I wasn’t navigating crisis, I was recovering from it, if I wasn’t grieving, I was healing. Constantly- Saying that i’m tired seems like a massive understatement. Looking forward to just being with my loved ones- Also, long live therapy
