So, I’ve decided that I’m gonna train to do a 10k run in my wheelchair in June for Bipolar UK.
I’ve already started my training for it and I think that it’s something that I definitely can accomplish.

Last night I hung some blankets above my bed from the curtains to block out my view of where I’m seeing this man and that helped me last night, so I’m trying it again tonight with the hope it helps again.
I’ve also got Bunnie with me and she’s helping to protect me.

Just to add; this was a sign in the disabled toilet, how the hell was someone meant to pull the cord for help when they couldn’t easily get to the cord.
Places need to be regularly checking disabled toilets and making sure the cord is accessible.

I did obviously untie the cord and put one of the @euansguide.com red cord cards on it in the hope that nobody will tie it up in the future.
All red cords shouldn’t be tied back and they should hang to the floor so they are always accessible in the event a disabled person needs help.

Phew, finally some good news after a long day in A&E. They’ve done a CT scan of my brain and c-spine and it’s come back completely clear, so I’m being allowed home and they’re booking me transport home.
I’m obviously just gonna be sore and tired for a couple of days.

Phew, finally some good news after a long day in A&E. They’ve done a CT scan of my brain and c-spine and it’s come back completely clear, so I’m being allowed home and they’re booking me transport home.
I’m obviously just gonna be sore and tired for a couple of days.

Well I’m back on spinal precautions due to my c-spine pain and tenderness. I’m just waiting to go for a CT scan to rule out any bleeds or broken bones, I’m really hoping it’s just muscular damage I’ve done.

And it gets better, THEY WANTed TO DO A PREGNANCY TEST ON ME “JUST IN CASE” 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I had an audiology appointment this morning because my hearing aid domes have been irritating me and they ended up taking some impressions for domes.
I also saw the GP today and she’s given me another med and we think I may have an infection around my SPC site so I’ve have a cream for that.

OMG I can’t believe that it’s been 7 years since I made this Facebook post coming out to everyone and started my transition. It was the hardest and happiest day.
I feel so much happier now I’ve transitioned.

I’ve also battled a hypo this morning which wasn’t easy coz my sugars just wouldn’t go up for ages.

How can you tell if you’re in a house with someone who wears hearing aids, you’ll find these little stickers everywhere that come on hearing aid batteries.

I had a lovely meal out today at Scalby Manor however the Accessible Toilet had one of my pet hates, the emergency cord was tied back making it inaccessible. After making it loose I put on one of the @euansguide.bsky.social red cord cards.

God I hate the dentist, I ended up having to go due to a toothache and he ended deciding to do a filling in the offending tooth after doing an x-ray to find out what was happening.
