One of the privileges of living in Norwich is easy access to the Julian Shrine and Centre. Spent some time there earlier today, and picked up this new book which is the focus of an online Lent course by the Friends of Julian of Norwich. julianofnorwich.org/blogs/news/l...

I am prone to poor circulation and athlete's foot, which are a tricky combo to manage and my warm slippers seem to have aggravated. Salvation has now come in the form of this wonderful heated foot mat. 💜

Enjoying a rare opportunity of a slow morning, in bed with a mug of tea and a quite appropriate read.

I have a weekend ritual of coffee and porridge in a lovely branch of what I consider to be the best of the chains. They also serve my porridge in a bowl!

Challenged by today’s reading from the Northumbria Community Morning Prayer. I have a tendency to see the glass half full.
