Don't let those legs get too much sun, there's little UV protection at that sort of elevation... though does it matter when you're nearly old enough to retire 🙃😜🤣👨‍🦳

As you see, there're collars (about a dozen) I've reported to waterbirdcolourmarking.shinyapps.io/sightings2/ which says they're part of an reintroduction program, and regular about the NE.
Sorry it's jerky, OM-1 + 1.4TC & 300mm f4 = 840mm equiv, hand-held. About 200Mtrs away.

I'm not sure if the cormorant is a normal UK one, I've just not seen those markings before

Looks to be heavily and robustly engineered, I'm suspecting a tool/storage box, with a lifting mechanism so it can be wheeled about... ?
