This seems to be an attempt to attack lawyers providing immigration advice, along with orgs that would make referrals to law firms.

Suggests bringing in private companies to run more public functions, although is a little vague on specifics. Then pivots to talking about how "liberals are not big on celebrating America," then mentions Elon Musk for about the tenth time in this speech.
