Shattered today. Working through the final final final edits on The Queen’s Spawn. This one has a slightly more expansive feel as aliens, a rogue AI, a Countess and an Emperor all add weight to a system wide storyline as The Wrecking Squad are embroiled in the Butcher’s plans. #scifibooks #scifi

Up at the crack of dawn ready for a walk and we get…fog. Can’t see a thing, so waited and went for a local toddle to clear my head. Got 50% through one beta reader’s suggestions y’day, boy can he sniff out connections I thought I’d made that need to be clearer! Work to do. #indieauthor #amwriting

So I did the deed and killed a main character, someone who’s been with the Wrecking Squad since Bk1. It hurts when you have been on such a journey, almost 465k words together. We’ve fought and laughed together, cried and died as one. I feel rotten. Someone had better read it! #scifi #scifibooks 💙📚
