Ya not saying LB. Probably a CDM or CM. I remember that being the case last year. I think they can it’s just not likely or in their DNA to do that. But it sure would explain selling off all these assets. Idk why else we would be stacking up so much cash. We still didn’t use CWC either.. sooo

Sorry I’m spamming right now ha but just thought of this. GAM can be used to buy down DP’s on the lower end to open a DP spot or is that not a thing anymore cuz if that’s the case aren’t Morris and Rusnak both on low end DP deals?

Nvm I see it has changed and it does rollover… I actually don’t like that cuz it means Sounders don’t need to spend this money… ugh I hope something big is in store or else this, Vargas and Leyva all leaving is going to hurt. That’s a lot of minutes we’re relying on vets who were all hurt last year.

I feel like you’ve already done this but I remember seeing a comparison to Loderio production in the same amount of time frame. Are there people actually upset he’s on the team or is it just that he’s a DP? I’m happy he’s on the team. I wish he wasn’t taking 1/3 spots to max spend but that’s MLS

I think the fact that they are essentially just sitting on the money from CWC and not using any of it on a transfer is frankly a slap in the face to supporters who went to those games. I absolutely expected them to use that money. I know they technically can still but too late ⏰ for this year.

I think more to the point is 3 out of 4 of the teams in the final 4 went out and got game changers. Didn’t matter how they did it. We need to do something. Either spend some money on u-22’s or go out and find someone who improves this roster who we can all get excited about. It’s just good business.

Fair. The low block/ bunker is a strategy that is used around the world and is successful IMO because it either has to be a great goal or a mistake by the team bunkering to not work. Thought Puebla played it perfectly. It’s just frustrating to see us struggle with so much possession.

Best reffing crew we had all season was the all female crew. Idk why I made this observation but I did. I thought the center ref did a really good job a managing the game and noticed players joking more then arguing with her. I’d like to see this more often.
