Have you heard of shad PS4? It’s meant to be pretty good on a decent mid range system. Might be a way to play a few ps4 titles, and it’s being actively worked on so fingers crossed we should see it get really good soon

It's not quite that expensive (CEX do it for £78) Amazon pricing for old games is way overblown, but nonetheless it's still way too expensive for a game that's this old

These games usually rely totally on callbacks to an online server for everything, like in the first The Crew game. If you can play the campaign once installed with no internet then it won't totally die, if not... Well it might require some reverse engineering
