I’m sick of hearing the establishment elite complaining the establishment elite are making an arse of running the country. And then suggesting they can do a better job (as the establishment elite)! I’m particularly thinking of Nigel Farage (and BJ) when I say this.

I’ve just bought the Grace LP on vinyl (I bought it on CD when it first came out). Definitely in my top 5 all time best albums. There’s a film of him live in Chicago on Amazon Prime on my watchlist I’m still to watch.

The debut album is my favourite. They were never a “cool” band, but Mark Knopfler is surely one of the all time great rock guitarists.

Nothing wrong with Dire Straits! I’ve amassed all but one of their albums on vinyl since buying a turntable earlier this year. Their biggest seller is probably my least favourite but all fantastic albums.

I wouldn’t describe the POTUS as a tenant of the White House as that would suggest they pay rent to live there, rather it’s a non-pecuniary benefit. They are the custodian and should, therefore, protect and take care of it. I don’t think that includes demolition!

I think the only course of action is muttering “for f&*ksake” under your breathe and increased agitation the longer it takes them to return. You could also break into a slow handclap on their return to the till.
