Ominously, now they are playing Should I Stay Or Should I Go.
Last week the CCRB, the NYPD watchdog agency, confirmed to me that it is miscategorizing these and other allegations deliberately, to protect officers' reputations, at the request of unnamed "stakeholders."
The practice was never publicly disclosed or voted on.
