I just miss new monthly Andy Kubert art. Got his kickstarter ‘x-men art of’ recently and it’s absolutely beautiful. Feels like he’s basically retired now

Exactly this, nothing will ever be as good as the first 10 seasons but people who dismiss the show out of hand just haven’t watched the newer stuff. The last 10 years have been really good!

True, but I do think his costume during that story should be his go to, I know it was trying to mimic the movies but I think it works

Those factor x books during AoA always felt to me like his try-out for the main books, I guess he was just unlucky to be around during the Kubert / Bachalo years
