The best description I’ve heard of this city team is still my sister-in-law’s analogy “It’s like in Space Jam when they lose their powers.” Bernardo, KDB, Kovacic, and Gundogan all need to be put out to pasture.

"We'll win 6-1 and still go out over two legs," I joked. Then, yet again, we crumbled spectacularly at the end. A tragicomedy on repeat. Turning out to be quite the season.

Cut down on your news consumption. While some may scorn blissful ignorance, the reality is that your power to effect change is limited. However, by choosing not to know, you might find yourself feeling far less anxious, and this lack of awareness doesn't diminish your ability to make a difference.

Having made the switch to Apple Music, I do miss my playlists and be damned if I spend the years, months and hours rebuilding them however it’s got me back into appreciating albums again. Listening to tracks collated as the artist intended.

I’ve just tuned into "Kin." Initially, I was a bit sceptical, but it’s turning out to be a decent watch. It serves as the perfect diversion from the dismal football tonight.

The amount of stick I’m getting from Arsenal fans. Most amusing, I very much doubt they’ll win anything this season. We’re crap at the minute, the fact they didn’t even have to work for that is embarrassing.
