Embrace acts of defiance. Refuse to read their publications, avoid their platforms, and reject their junk. Prioritising wellness is the most punk stance you can take. This is an act of rebellion and I encourage you all to rebel. 🫡
The amusing part is that Bellingham remained completely anonymous for 90 minutes until his tap-in. Yet, we’ll be inundated with images of his arms-aloft celebration, dominating our feeds until the next football news cycle takes over.

The best description I’ve heard of this city team is still my sister-in-law’s analogy “It’s like in Space Jam when they lose their powers.” Bernardo, KDB, Kovacic, and Gundogan all need to be put out to pasture.

"We'll win 6-1 and still go out over two legs," I joked. Then, yet again, we crumbled spectacularly at the end. A tragicomedy on repeat. Turning out to be quite the season.

VAR has ruined football, get me back watching League 1.

Ebele’s piece on aesthetic exile rang true. Curating a world of taste as a shield from chaos. But is it resistance or detachment? Thoreau’s Walden wasn’t about escape but intention. Gardening, cooking, running - my own forms of retreat, offer not rejection, but clarity protein.xyz/aesthetic-exile
Aesthetic Exile
The excitement and dangers of 'good taste’ – and the urge to retreat from it.

Cut down on your news consumption. While some may scorn blissful ignorance, the reality is that your power to effect change is limited. However, by choosing not to know, you might find yourself feeling far less anxious, and this lack of awareness doesn't diminish your ability to make a difference.

Having made the switch to Apple Music, I do miss my playlists and be damned if I spend the years, months and hours rebuilding them however it’s got me back into appreciating albums again. Listening to tracks collated as the artist intended.

I’ve just tuned into "Kin." Initially, I was a bit sceptical, but it’s turning out to be a decent watch. It serves as the perfect diversion from the dismal football tonight.

The amount of stick I’m getting from Arsenal fans. Most amusing, I very much doubt they’ll win anything this season. We’re crap at the minute, the fact they didn’t even have to work for that is embarrassing.

We survived January but it has dragged on like an endless saga. Yet, amidst scratched-out to-do lists, there’s some optimism. Perhaps 2025 will finally offer some respite from the usual chaos. I can dream, can’t I?

Smashing out the miles and meditating on Jazz-Funk.

Well I think that’s it. Can’t see Eagles giving this one up. I like Jayden Daniels. Feel for him, his team letting him down

Tom Brady is great on co-comms too. The NFL coverage on Sky Sports in the studio is so good as well.

Guardiola name checked Neil Warnock this week, he would have been very pleased with those goals today. Text book English football. Love to see it.
