The school itself for the Scholomance was said to reside somewhere within a mountain. They play with this a bit in DRACULA UNTOLD where Vlad Tepes discovers an ancient vampire inside Broken Tooth Mountain who passes his curse onto Vlad.

Those who studied at the Scholomance were also said to be weather-sorcerors able to summon and control the weather. This is how Dracula / Orlok creates the storm at sea (Dracula also has the ability to transform into fog).

This is actually in keeping with Stoker's novel, where Van Helsing states that Count Dracula (and possibly his family) studied at the Scholomance.

The nuns tell Hutter that, as Solomonari, Orlok learned from the Devil the secret to conquer death, for his corpse to live on after death; he seems to have become a vampire at the Scholomance.

In the 2024 film, both the nuns who rescue Hutter and Prof. Von Franz refer to Orlok as "Solomonari". In Romanian & Transylvanian lore, the Solomonars were members of a secret school run by the Devil called the Scholomance where a select group is chosen to study dark sorcery.
