“Homogeny—and AI is the ultimate homogeny—stifles the possibility of breakthrough. It's not only deep thinkers that we need, but those who think differently. We need diversity of thought, diversity of idea, diversity of imagination. In business, in life and in society we need people who attack […]

It's taken me a while to get around to it, but I've made some updates to an old #clojure codebase I hacked together to convert CSVs from one bank to a CSV that #ynab is able to parse. I've taken the opportunity to learn how to use clojure.tools.cli to parse commandline arguments, as well as […]

I don’t like the way social media makes it look like everything is going well all the time. So here are some of my paintings that did not turn out so well.

Sadly I don't think this book has been translated to English yet, but Inga Strömke does an excellent job explaining the evolution, potential and risks of AI: https://app.thestorygraph.com/books/3c4bc5ad-9e83-480c-92da-e5eaa71c2931

The book provides clear explanations for a non-technical […]

There are many reasons why I needed to go on a 9km ski trip today. The hot chocolate and bun were definitely the most important.
