👟👟👟 On Saturday, we're having a collection of unwanted new or used running shoes/trainers for the amazing people at HELPING HANDS FYLDE. If you were lucky enough to have some at Christmas, or just have a few gathering dust in your wardrobe, please bring them along!

Following an over-indulgence on NYE, I overslept and missed parkrun and slogged five miles around St Anne’s! It wasn’t pretty but it was a start! Back to work tomorrow 😮‍💨
