Just got the first volume of Casanova in the mail to complete the entire run! I’m thinking about doing a reread, one issue per day, to just really stretch out the experience. One of my favorite and personally most influential books! There would be no Future Band without Casanova.

I was also able to pick up a mostly complete run of Casanova from @mattfraction.bsky.social and @fabiomoon (and others I can’t find to tag). Probably the most exciting moment of the week.

What a coincidence - I just discovered Marvel did a few of these reprint series in the early days (like “Fantasy Masterpieces”) and then they had a pile of them for sale at my store - so I had to get one!

I’ve actually never read Morrison’s Animal Man run so I couldn’t refuse my store’s 50% off sale. Really excited. I wish every trade had this paper stock.
