Applying for jobs, and by far the best experience for me has been when a role provided a free text box for qualifications, years, grade etc.
The worst is every other one that has separate drop down boxes, requires Years, month AND Day selectable on a calendar, and searches for university name.

Coffee shops charging me 40p for oat milk while giving me enough on the side of my drink in enough of it to sustain a small village. I wish it made sense.

It might just be me, but when online training or whatever asks you "What are the _key_ differences between these two", it's a red flag. Just the addition of the word "key" makes me think the author doesn't know what they're doing
