I remember playing a lot of UT2K4, and also the staff getting pissed off with people passing iD games on their DC++ shares.

As a "computer person", you have no idea how much tech support OneDrive has generated for me amongst family and friends.
Migrating off Adobe and MS solved a lot of problems. Pop OS, Davinci, Blender, and Krita serve my needs pretty well.
It's not perfect, but there's so much less shit now.

Only social media can put me in proxy to the illustrator who grabbed my 13 yr old attention away from the NES. I raided my dad's bookshelf when I was a kiddo and saw the dragons. Read it cover to cover. Bit too young to digest it at the time but kept with it. Been reading books like that ever since.
