Michael R Miller, author of the Somgs of Choas series, personally sent extra goodies that a promoter was supposed to send everyone, but screwed up the orders. Along with an apology card. He’s an awesome dude and would highly recommend his books. (Bonus, the dragon, Ash, is a great, silly dragon)
