I tried to make vegan Hollandaise Sauce with plantbased butter, flour and oat milk. I used kala namak for the eggy flavor and turmeric for the color.

almost! I think they‘re called croquettes? I‘m not sure what they‘re called in English but it’s sooo yummy! Sadly, it‘s always hard to find vegan ones because they often contain lactose, egg powder or other animal products.
