Sonder has rapidly become one of my favourite words*. I'm not sure if it is a good or bad thing for leadership (views welcome), but it's certainly good for human connection.

*It's a "neologism", which I've just learnt is a newly coined word that has either emerged or is gaining recognition.

I was honoured to brief UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy and former Prime Minister Theresa May at an FCDO reception for Human Rights Day. The @freedomfund.bsky.social Freedom of Expression exhibit, showcasing art by young people in Brazil and Bangladesh, was on display for the occasion.

Commercial sexual exploitation of children (CSEC) is a widely recognised problem in Bangladesh, driven by factors like poverty, cultural norms, exclusion from education, migration, criminal enterprises, and climate change. 1/4
