I'm 3.5 years into Dupixent and it's been a life-saver. I had (have) prurigo nodularis and suffered horribly over my entire body until I began with Dupixent. I use the pre-filled syringes and it's become routine. Trivial. Good luck.

I recommend the pre-filled syringes. It's a vastly better experience.

I much prefer the syringes (3+ years). I once got the autoinjectors by mistake, had one dose, and just hated it. The pre-loaded syringes are the only way to go.
