Was able to make it to DC to say goodbye to one of America’s finest. As I reflect on the fights ahead, I remember President Jimmy Carter’s own words from his farewell address: “…the only title in our democracy superior to that of President, the title of citizen.” It comes with responsibility 🇺🇸❤️
