Source confirms Dennis Allen has been hired as #Bears defensive coordinator. Also, special teams coordinator Richard Hightower will be retained.

The Chicago Bears could be 7-5 after these last 3 games. Should be 8-4 if they had any competence on defending a Hail Mary. If Eberflus can still get into Halas Hall after today, my respect for Ryan Poles has gone out the window. Flat out embarrassing organization.
